For Planon support, please submit a ticket through the ServiceNow Self Service Portal. Support includes new staff requests for access, changes to your existing access, questions about Planon functionality or processes and requests for new features and/or enhancements to existing functionality.

Ensure you choose Application in the “Please specify what the issue is related to” drop down, and select EMMS (Planon):
