- If you require access to Planon, please submit a ServiceNow ticket requesting access to Planon. For submission instructions, visit the Support page

Customer Feedback
As of November 2nd, the Net Promotor Score (NPS) will be replaced with the Planon customer satisfaction survey. You will still have the ability to provide your feedback after every service request is completed. Service Requestors will receive an email notification to complete a brief survey (Planon Job Aid with instructions below) requesting a 1-5 rating on your service experience and any comments on your experience to help improve service in the future.
