Once implemented, the change from UBC’s current system to Planon will impact the campus community at large from a service request perspective. The initial impact is to the Vancouver campus only. For example, today anyone on campus can submit a service request online via FMS Live, Building Operations’ website, or call to report an emergency via the Service Centre as below:
When implemented, the campus community will submit service requests using Planon similar to the current process or via the Customer Service Centre. Details will be confirmed closer to the go live date in the fall of 2020.
